Who's faster? Me knitting or the ball being knit? Quite exciting here right now. With a leftover of a leftover (leftover from White Cloud) I started a small projct today, which I had a special idea for. I had the idea when I was knitting with the tourquise colored yarn. I finally decided on Fishtail Lace (after at least 5 - 6 tries) for that yarn. (The pattern is available through the group Lace for all seasons.) Well, at first I thought it was only a swatch, but now I'll make it a childrens scarf (if there's enough yarn). The pattern is a variation of the the Fishtail Lace pattern, which is much different from what I thought it would be. But it is a beautiful pattern anyway. Unfortunately the weather isn't good here, so no photos right now. I hope during the next few days. Perhaps I will then have knit enough of the tourquoise scarf so you can see what it will look like. And Ralfs Janker? Its going to get some attention now.
