weitergestrickt, obwohl ihr wusstet, dass da ein Fehler ist? In der Hoffnung, dass man ihn nicht mehr sieht/er verschwindet oder so? Und dann doch aufgegeben? Gestern ging mir das so. Ich hatte ein Knopfloch vergessen und "nachgeholt" und bildete mir ein, dass das nicht sichtbar wäre. Doch, 4 Reihen zu spät sieht man, wenn man mit 4er Nadeln strickt. Und trotzdem habe ich noch eine ganze Weile weiter gestrickt, bis ich überzeugt war, dass es doch besser ist zu ribbeln.

Nunja, also habe ich gestern geribbelt und bin ungefähr so weit gekommen, wie ich ursprünglich war. Heute dann noch ein paar Reihen mehr, nicht sehr viel,

da gab es dann noch den Puzzleball, den ich mir gestern gekauft habe - aber längst nicht so teuer, wie bei Amazon. Und heute musste ich einfach anfangen. Das macht Spaß, und ist ganz schön knifflig. Zwar sind alle Teile nummeriert, aber das hilft nur manchmal wirklich weiter. Also helfen nur die üblichen Puzzle-Strategien, erstmal nach Farben sortieren, gut hingucken, erkennbare Strukturen zusammensetzen. Und dann mal weiter sehen. Einiges habe ich geschafft, aber natürlich lange nicht alles. Dummerweise gibt es auch Teile, die genau exakt gleich sind, aber natürlich dann vom Bild her nicht passen. Wie gesagt, wirklich knifflig.

Und später am Abend haben dann noch die zur Zeit aktiven Socken ein paar Reihen abbekommen, denn wir waren zum Klönen bei meinem Vater, und da stricke ich keine Zopfmuster. Und wenn ich es doch täte, dann würde ich mehr rückwärts als vorwärts stricken. Woher ich das weiß? Ratet mal...

Did you knit on although you knew there was a mistake somewhere? In the hope it would go away/be invisible? And then you had to give in because it didn't go away? That's what was going on yesterday. I had knitted a button hole a bit too late, 4 rows too late to be exact. And yes, you do see it. Especially when you are knitting with 4 mm needles. And although I knew it was going wrong I just knitted on for a while until I decided its better to give in and frog.

So yesterday I went to the frog pond and got to where I was before starting to rib. Today I added a few rows, but only a few

there was this Puzzleball I bought yesterday - but I paid less than at Amazon. And today I just had to start. It is really fun and tricky. All parts have numbers, but most of the time this doesn't really help. So you have to use your usual jigsaw-puzzle strategies like sorting for color, looking hard and watching for structures. I did get some parts together, but of course I'm far from done. Unfortunately there are some parts the form of which is the same, although the picture will of course tell you they are different. As I said, tricky.

Later this night I got a few rows of my current sock project done. We were at my fathers' for a little chat, and I won't bring a cable project for chatting. If I'd do so I'd frog more than I'd knit. How do I know? Your guess...
